As summer turns to fall we turn a leaf to a new pallet of plant favorites that present a showy display to take us into the cooler months.

We asked our buyers to share a few of their their favorites for fall and tell us why they made the cut.

    Black Eyed Susan

A cheerful array of yellows, browns and even red daisy flowers that last thru fall.  more…

    Ornamental Peppers

Sporting red, orange, yellow or purple fruit; these hotties will spice up any container combo. more…

    Pansies & Violas

Scoff all you want, but if you crave a color other than grey over the winter, this is the flower to deliver! Especially nice in containers! more…

    Mums

Masses of button shaped flowers will brighten your fall displays inside or out. more…

    Flowering Kale

A great ‘thriller’ for winter pots, Kale lends height and color to any container. more…

    Beautyberry

Small purple pink flowers lead to awesome florescent violet berries in the fall and winter. more…

    Burning Bush

Call the fire department- this one is truly on fire! Bright show stopping RED fall color.  more…

Don’t forget these other fall essentials:

    Radius Hand Rools & Shovels

Colorful ergonomic tools that keep you both healthy and fashionable in the garden this fall. Ultra-light polished aluminum/magnesium blades are surprisingly light and remarkably strong and a curved handle allows maximum power.

    Sluggo

Rain brings out the slugs, and they are ready to lay their eggs. Get ‘em before they hibernate. You will be grateful next spring.

    Black Forest Soil Compost

Garden Mulch is a necessity for fall. Black Forest soil compost acts like a winter blanket for your plant roots. Also, excellent for breaking up compacted clay. We recommend using this for everything planted in the ground this fall.
